Fly Home’ is an anime-inspired music video for the track of the same name by musical group ‘The Living Tombstone’. This is the second collaboration between Studio Meala and The Living Tombstone, following ‘Sunburn.
Synopsis
This time around, the music video features The Living Tombstone’s own characters (a fictional representation of the band) also known by fans as ‘Tombsonas’.
We were tasked with creating a ‘what if?’ anime OP for the Tombsonas, as if the characters had their own full anime series. Another big part of the brief was to pay homage to as many great anime OP’s as possible, and parody them with the Tombsona characters.
The result was a great deal of fun to work on, and we were so excited to have the main cast of ‘Sunburn’ make their own cameos too.
